Our projects will have an effect on nearby areas. This means that we need to work with local communities by helping them understand the benefits and to help SubSaharan understand their concerns and priorities.
At SubSaharan, we want to promote climate action outside of our own company and serve as a driver for change. In order to speed up the adoption of green energy, the energy sector needs to be more actively involved in providing knowledge around the world that will allow for the upskilling and reskilling of its current workforce as well as attracting a diverse pool of new talent.
